Delhi School Reopen date:

The first and second wave of corona virus in the country’s capital Delhi put a brake on the education of children. At the same time, after the end of the second wave of corona, there is also an outbreak of air pollution and new variant of corona virus Omicrom.

Since the air pollution is decreasing, the government is once again considering to open the school. In a recent review meeting on pollution in the national capital Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal said that the decision to open schools will be taken after the winter break.

However, the Education Department of Delhi has sent a proposal to the Environment Ministry to open the school.

According to the proposal sent by the Education Department, classes of class 6 and above can be started soon. Whereas primary classes can start from December 20. For this a proposal has been sent to the Air Quality Index.

The environment ministry will send these proposals to the Air Quality Management Commission (CAQM). After this, the decision to reopen the schools will be taken by the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM).

The CAQM had said in its first statement that, all government and private educational institutions in Delhi NCR will remain closed till further orders. During this online classes will continue.

Delhi schools may open soon

Let us tell you that in view of air pollution after Diwali, all the schools, colleges and educational institutions in the capital Delhi were closed, but from November 29, the exercise of opening the school started.

In such a situation, the Supreme Court reprimanded the Central Government and the State Government and issued a direction to close the school.

After this all the schools in Delhi were closed from 2 December. At the same time, after the review meeting on the environment in the capital Delhi, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has indicated to open the school.

Parents demanding to open school

Parents are continuously demanding the Delhi government to open the school. Many parent associations have claimed that they do not want to send their children to school due to fear of the dreadful outbreak of corona virus and air pollution.

At the same time, many people are constantly demanding from the Delhi government to start the school again. They say that most of the educational institutions are open, children are going to all these places, so why can’t they go to school.

Due to the prolonged closure of the school, the students have suffered a lot academically.
