CAT 2021: The CAT 2021 exam is being conducted on Sunday, November 28, in more than 158 cities across the country for admission to IIMs.

After the entrance exam conducted for admission in IIT institutes across the country, now the admission process of Indian Institute of Management i.e. IIM is starting.
For admission to IIMs, entrance examinations will be conducted in more than 158 cities across the country, which are being conducted on Sunday, November 28.
This year’s Common Admission Test (CAT) examinations are being conducted by IIM Ahmedabad for admission to Indian Management Institutes.
Professor MP Ram Mohan of IIM Ahmedabad is the convener of these examinations.
According to IIM Ahmedabad, the duration of the exam will be 120 minutes as in the previous year and three different sections have been created for the exams.
According to IIM Ahmedabad, tests of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude will be taken under this pattern.
Students will be selected for management courses in various government and private institutions on the basis of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021. More than 2 lakh students are going to appear in this exam.
These exams, being taken for admission to IIM institutes across the country, will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. Admit cards have been issued to all the students for admission to the examination centres.
In such a situation, while issuing instructions to all the students, it has been said that it will be mandatory for the students coming to take the CAT exam to keep a copy of the admit card with them, as well as any electronic device in the examination center, mobile phone, stationery glasses, sunglasses, jewelry, headphones, etc. Carrying is prohibited.
The students have been instructed to reach the examination center before the commencement of the examination.
The gates of the examination centers will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
Along with this, full care will also be taken of social distancing in the examination centers. Students have been requested to bring masks and sanitizers with them.
No student or employee will be allowed to enter the examination center without a mask.
The first shift of the exam will be started at 7 am, second shift at 11 am and third shift at 3 pm.
