There is a new update regarding Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022. National Testing Agency (NTA) has updated its official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.
There is a possibility that the registration process will start soon. For this NTA can release the dates soon. Through which the process of filling the form, uploading of documents and fee payment will be completed.
This time the exam pattern will change
The National Testing Agency conducted JEE Main in four sessions last year due to the lockdown. The exam was conducted in February, March, April and August-September.
But this time after the school session is normal, it has been decided to conduct the examination in two phases.
Students and girls can also apply for both the sessions together or there will be a chance to apply separately.
JEE Advanced will be conducted in the last week of June or the first week of July.
This will be the pattern of question papers
This time JEE Main exam will be conducted in 13 languages. Students of BE, BTech will have to solve a total of 75 questions.
There will be a total exam of 300 marks.
Each question in MCQs will be of 4 marks. While there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer.
There will be no negative marking on questions having numeric value.

These documents are required for registration
For online registration, candidate’s 10th and 12th qualification certificate, scanned image of photograph and signature will be required as per the prescribed standards.
Apart from this, if necessary, the certificate of reservation category will have to be kept.
Along with this, documents like photo ID proof, Aadhaar, bank passbook, copy of ration card etc. will be required.
