The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay on Thursday announced that the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2022 will be held on July 3, 2022.
To appear in JEE Advanced 2022, the IIT entrance exam, candidates have to qualify by first appearing in the preliminary exam, JEE Main.
There is no confirmation yet regarding the date of JEE Main 2021, as seen in past years, JEE Main is conducted and results are declared much before JEE Advanced.
While JEE Advanced is for admission to IITs, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) and some other institutes, JEE Main is conducted for admission to National Institute of Technology (NIT), IIITs. it occurs.

The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the JEE Main exam, will give enough time to the students to register for the exam.
The results of JEE Main will also be available much before JEE Advanced 2022.
This time there may be 2 sessions instead of 4:
As per the reports, JEE Main 2022 will be conducted twice instead of four this year. Based on all the information available, it is likely that the two sessions of JEE Main 2022 will be conducted either in April, May or June, 2022.
Candidates must know that an official confirmation regarding the date of JEE Main 2022 is yet to be announced.
