SSC CGL 2021-2022 Recruitment Notification: 

According to the exam calendar released by SSC on 18th December, notification for CGL exam will come on 23rd December 2021, through which the process of filling Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts will start. Candidates can download the exam calendar from ssc.nic.in.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is soon going to release the notification for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.

SSC Notification – The application process for Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) will start from 23 December 2021 and end on 23 January 2022 and the exam will be conducted in April 2022. 

Various Group B vacancies in various Ministries, Departments and Subordinate Offices of the Government of India will be filled through the exam. Let us tell you, recently SSC has released the tentative calendar of examinations to be held in the year 2022-23.

  • SSC CGL Eligibility: At least 60 percent marks  in maths in graduate and 12th board exam
  • SSC CGL Age Limit:  Here youths / girls from 18 to 32 years will be able to apply. There will be a provision of age relaxation for reserved category as per rules.

SSC CGL Exam Pattern – Exam Pattern

Let us tell you that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination in four phases. The first and second stage exams i.e.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 are MCQ based computer based. Tier-3 i.e. Mains paper is conducted for the successful candidates. And the candidates who pass in the Mains have a Data Entry Speed ​​Test (Tier-4).

Tier-1 and Tier-2

Tier-1 is a computer based paper, in which a total of 100 questions are asked, each question is of 2 marks. Students are given 60 minutes for this.
At the same time, Tier-2 is conducted for the candidates who are successful in Tier-1, this is also a computer-based paper, in this test, the time of 2 hours is fixed for each subject. 

Here 200 questions are asked from English Language & Comprehension and 100 questions from Mathematics, Reasoning, General Awareness. 

Let us tell you that there is negative marking in both Tier-1 and Tier-2. So attempt the questions only if you know the correct answer.

Tier-3 and Tier-4

Tier-3 i.e. Mains exam is conducted for the candidates who qualify the Prelims (Tier-1 and Tier-2), in which language and proficiency of the students is tested. Successful candidates are called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
