This time the schools of Uttar Pradesh have been closed again till February 15, 2022.
In view of the bad COVID situation, the state government has decided to extend the date of closure of schools in UP.
However, online classes for all will continue as per the schedule. Earlier the announcement of closure of schools in UP was only till January 30, 2022 and later these educational institutions were closed till January 23, 2022.
There are restrictions due to covid
In fact, there was a steady increase in the cases of Kovid and Omicron in the state, after which some restrictions were also imposed.
Students and stakeholders should note that as of now this news is only according to an IANS report which states that the Uttar Pradesh government has announced closure of schools only.
As of now nothing official has been announced about the colleges of UP.

Till now, the announcement of school shutdown in UP always coincided with the closure of colleges. Stakeholders are advised to wait for official announcements before doing anything.
Reports also suggest that online classes are taking place due to the upcoming UP Board Exams and UP Elections 2022. The students of the state are also demanding updates on the UP Board Exam Dates.
However, no official announcement has been made yet. Most of UP’s Covid cases are concentrated in Lucknow, the city that has reported nearly 3,000 cases in the last 24 hours.
After this comes the number of Gautam Buddh Nagar and Varanasi.
