BPSC RECRUITMENT 2022: Recruitment For More Than 6 Thousand Posts For Head Masters, Know How To Apply


BPSC Head Master Recruitment 2022: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released bumper recruitment for teachers. Recruitment has been done for more than 6 thousand posts for Head Masters in government schools. The application process has started.

BPSC Head Master Recruitment 2022:  

There is good news for those who dream of doing a job in a government school. Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released bumper recruitment for teachers. Under this, more than 6 thousand posts will be recruited for Head Masters. 

Candidates having Post Graduate Degree and Education Degree are eligible for BPSC Recruitment 2022. The application process will start from 5th March 2022 i.e. today. 

Interested and eligible applicants can apply online on the official website onlinebosc.bihar.gov.in. 

The last date for sending applications is 28 March 2022. 

Under this recruitment drive, a total of 6439 posts will be recruited in senior secondary schools of Bihar. These include 2571 for general, 639 for EWS, 769 for OBC, 1157 for EBC, BC. 

Women 192, SC 1027 and ST 66 posts will be filled. Applicants will be called for written test.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit 

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India and resident of Bihar State.
  • Must possess Post Graduation from recognized University with at least 50% marks.
  • B.Ed/B.Ed./B.Sc from recognized institute. Must have ED degree.
  • Must have passed the ‘Teacher Eligibility Test’ conducted for teachers appointed on or after 2012. ,
  • The age of the applicant applying for the BPSC Head Master post should be 31 to 47 years. 

Application Fee 

To apply, candidates have to pay a prescribed application fee. For General / OBC / Other state applicants, the fee is Rs 750. For SC/ ST/ PH it is Rs 200. Whereas for female candidate (Bihar Dom.), this fee has been fixed at Rs.200/-. 

Selection Process

Applicants for Head Master posts will be selected on the basis of written examination. 

A merit list will be prepared on the basis of highest marks secured by the applicants. There will be no interview of any kind.
