Railway Recruitment 2021: Recruitment is out for the posts of Goods Guard in South Eastern Railway (SER).

SER Recruitment 2021:
Railway Recruitment Cell has released the vacancies to fill the vacancies of Goods Guard category under General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) quota.
For this online applications are invited from eligible serving regular railway employees of South Eastern Railway.
The last date for application is 23 December, so only a few days are left to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the website of RRC/SER.
This railway vacancy is organized for the posts of 520 Goods Guard. This recruitment is for South Eastern Railway, Kolkata, West Bengal.
Eligible employee will have to submit only one application against the notification and employees submitting more than one application will be disqualified from the selection process.

Exam will be CBT based
Selection for Goods Guard will be through Computer Based Test (CBT). The questions prescribed in the CBT will be of objective type multiple choice.
The question paper will be in English and Hindi. Questions will be asked from the subject related to General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning in the paper.

There will also be minus marking, the
question paper will be of 100 marks. There will be 90 minutes duration to solve these objective type questions.
Each question will be of one mark. There will also be negative marking i.e. minus marking in CBT exam. For each wrong answer, 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question will be deducted.
