XAT 2022 Analysis and Expected Cut Off: Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2022) was conducted on 2nd January 2022. The exam started at 9:30 am. After the paper, all the experts and institutes are speculating about its cut off.
XAT 2022 Analysis and Expected Cut Off:
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2022) was conducted by XLRI today. This exam was conducted in computer based i.e. CBT mode. The exam was conducted from 9:30 am to 12:40 pm.
Now various coaching institutes and knowledgeable are releasing the XAT 2022 Answer Key & Analysis.
In such a situation, we have also brought you the analysis of today’s paper. In which we will try to know how was the level of the paper.
The paper was divided into 2 parts.
This time there were 5 sections in the XAT exam. The paper was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 had questions related to Verbal and Reasoning Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation.
Whereas in Part 2 questions were asked from General Knowledge and Essay Writing.
The exam had 101 questions out of which 100 were MCQ questions and 1 was a descriptive question.
The pattern of the exam was 26.
The total number of questions in this exam were Verbal and Reasoning Ability. There were 21 decision making questions asked and from quantitative ability and data interpretation, the exam consisted of 28 questions.
Whereas in Part 2 there were 25 questions from General Knowledge and only 1 question was asked in the Essay section.
If a candidate is shortlisted for PI round, then the answer in this section will be evaluated.

There was also minus marking.
Each question in the included exam was of 1 mark. For wrong answers, there will be a minus marking of 0.25 marks.
Wherein 0.10 marks will be deducted for each unanswered question. However, this mark will be deducted for not answering 8 questions.

Expected Cut Off
The cut off for XAT 2022 is being estimated considering the level of the exam. It also depends on different institutions.
As per media reports candidates need to score 90+ to get admission in SPJIMR Mumbai.
Whereas for XLRI Jamshedpur the cut off is likely to be 95-96+. Similarly, the cut off of other colleges can also go high.
The results of the exam are usually declared within 3 weeks. In such a situation, it is being speculated that the result of XAT 2022 can be released by January 24 or 25, 2022.
